Dr. Alex Yanchuk is a compassionate and skilled dentist who is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care rooted in integrity, connection and clinical excellence. A graduate of Oregon Health & Sciences University, Dr. Yanchuk earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2023, following a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University.

Dr. Yanchuk is committed to lifelong learning and clinical advancement. He regularly pursues continuing education and actively participates in several study clubs to stay on the forefront of modern dental practices. His advanced training includes surgical procedures, bone grafting, prosthodontics and implant restorations – enabling him to deliver personalized solutions for a wide range of patient needs.

A proud member of several professional organizations, Dr. Yanchuk is affiliated with the American Dental Association®, the Oregon Dental Association, the Washington County Dental Society, the Oregon Academy of General Dentistry and the Christian Medical & Dental Associations®.

Dr. Yanchuk’s goal as a dentist is to create an environment where patients feel genuinely seen, heard and respected. He prioritizes patient comfort, collaborative treatment planning and lasting relationships built on trust. His mission is to deliver dentistry that reflects both technical excellence and a heart for serving others.

Deeply committed to giving back, Dr. Yanchuk has participated in several humanitarian trips with Medical Teams International to Central America and Jamaica. He also volunteers locally with Medical Teams International through their dental vans, offering care to underserved individuals in the Portland area.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Yanchuk is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Megan, are proud parents to a daughter (Allie) and son (AJ) — along with their beloved pets: Duke, a playful bernedoodle, and Ninja, their spirited orange cat. . Much of his free time is spent coaching or cheering on his children in their sports – in soccer and jiu-jitsu. He also enjoys hiking, reading, and catching games as a passionate fan of the Portland Timbers and the Trail Blazers.
